Cancellations & Late Arrivals

We require a 24-hour cancellation notice for all treatments. Full payment of treatments is required for no shows, missed appointments or cancellation within 24 hours (same day cancellations apply), no exceptions. Payment MUST be received before next appointment. We regret it is not possible for late arrivals to receive an extension of scheduled appointments. I will respect your time, as I hope you will respect my time. NOTE: Cancellations ONLY accepted by phone (emails not accepted).

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time. Thank you
