I recently had a wonderful experience with Natalya, a local massage therapist. I texted her for an appointment on Thursday and she quickly accommodated me on Saturday. Natalya created a cozy warm and inviting ambiance. The massage table was perfectly heated and incredibly comfy. She asked me about specific areas I wanted to focus on or where I might be experiencing pain. I explained that my high-stress job involves sitting in a computer chair all day, which has taken a toll on my body and mind. The aromatherapy and music created a relaxing atmosphere, and Natalya skillfully assessed my body's level of stiffness and tension. Everything felt incredibly tight. We spent about 45 minutes on the massage table, and when she informed me that there were 15 minutes left, she offered to extend the session. I opted for the additional 15 minutes, and she took her time, focusing particularly on areas that needed attention. She even discovered knots that I hadn't even noticed before, especially at the top of my shoulders, behind shoulder blades, and neck. This massage was the longest and most enjoyable experience I've ever had. Natalya was incredibly mindful of not overworking my muscles or causing excessive pain. I also loved some of the stretching she did! She provided a total head-to-toe massage, and I also had the pleasure of enjoying the hot rocks and a rose quartz face mask. Due to the significant release of tension in my body, Natalya recommended an Epsom salt soak, which I did. I've rebooked an appointment for Monday to work out any remaining trigger points. Natalya and I also talked about the importance of massages for both mental and physical health. I highly recommend you give Natalya a try!
